On running either VM or VTLB versions of the SVN515 downloaded from here I'm getting an error in the output

SuperVU Error > Failed to allocate Recompiler memory <Addr: 0x0>
Error > Bad Allocation

It does then boot into the interpreter which works. (Well 5 FPS but)

(Vista 64, and yes run with Admin rights, Fresh of a reboot)

Using either of the 0395 exes works fine.

Any ideas on getting the recompiler working?

We have received some reports of this problem and are currently investigating.
In the meanwhile, please use the official pcsx2 playground release. And thanks for the report.

This is an entirely different problem. Please read the faq, the explanation about vm and tlb.

yea it only refers to using the tlb version(nothing about not able to allocate enough crap or didnt i c it?)
funny tho tlb crashes when loading a save (game starts but when i want to load the save crash)
why the f***ing hell the prog doenst work anymore after an easypeasy shutdown and restart 12hrs later?! played 3 days without problems and now this *****

Ahh I think it's vm problem anyway.

At any rate the devs are working on this. Svn 520 may have fixed the issue, I may post a new beta later on today if the testing goes well, to let you people try.

Modern desktops are horrendously complicated (Satan, thy name is x86), and operating systems have the unpleasant job of trying to insulate the user from all of it. Complex programs have complex problems, and unfortunately for emulators the problems get really ugly really fast.

Kinda like cars. Almost anyone can drive one and be fine, but god help you if something breaks and you don't have the experience necessary to know how to fix it.
