I have a strong CPU so I can play it on software mode, but I'm curious to know what causes the graphical glitches on the hardware mode (mostly overbloom, which makes the game playable only in software mode)

Can you maybe screenshot the issue?

What happens if you use hw mode and use the skipdraw hack (set it to values between 1 and 10)?

Didn't change anything. tried every possible hack. I used 1.2.1 and the lastest git.
It's jsut that the picture becomes really really white because of the bloom. it's a known issue. I just want to know if there will be a fix and what causes this to happen

as already said - skipdraw can be your solution. It removes some postprocessing effects. Your overbloom can be one of those and therefore be skipped.

Another possibility is to test the currently developed GSdx 2.0 where gregory implemented some more accurate options for openGL that fix a lot of issues.
