CPU i7-2630QM Quad @ 2.00GHz Max Turbo Frequency @2.9
RAM: 8GB
Video: GT 555M 3GB

I'm using the PAL version of the game. On average I'm getting 30 FPS. Codec scenes are the slowest 20FPS. Sometimes when I change the camera view I can reach around 40-50.

I'm using the latest PCSX2 v 0.9.8. GSDX10 (Hardware) Native. All speed hacks enabled.

Your CPU is too slow for MGS3.

Its a quad core, Max Turbo Frequency is like 2.9GHz. I tried tweaking with the turbo and I was able to get a consistent frame rate. Thanks.

The actually maximum achievable Turbo Boost would be 2.8Ghz (on 2 threads).
