Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence Pnach Cheats Not Working

Hi,

I have seen a few posts regarding cheats for Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence not working, I have also come across this today and was wondering if anyone has been able to get the cheats to work (or have any working cheats).

I have tested codes from GameHacking.org, and I am not sure if the reason could be that for Items/Weapon/Camouflage/Uniform/Face Item/Metal Gear/Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake/Snake VS Monkey Codes they all have a code that must be enabled:

I have tried converting them using Omniconvert, but they don't seem to convert, its just blank. So I am wondering if this could be why it causes the game to crash.

Does anyone have any advice on getting these converted, maybe then the cheats will work.
