If you only have 1giga memory try with OS XP rather than Vista. I had some isu about allocation memory although i have 3giga memory. Seems Pcsx2 VM. Have some trouble isu about allocation memory with vista.

VM needs to cach a certain amount of RAM when you run it, if your getting the "not enough memory" error, try closing some background programs (or even better go to the bear minimum). If you still don't have enough memory your going to have to get some more, or use Vista Ready boost. (a feature on vista which can use USB devices as physical ram(very slow is not a good way to optimise))
Piracy and Being a vegetarian that eats Quorn are alike.

Your in denial, and want the real thing, not matter what you think.

Just one advice : change your pc. You'll never be able to run 3D PS2 games at descent speed. Your Gfx and Cpu are way too weak for pcsx2

Also that game runs slow to begin with.
You might want to try something less demanding like FFX or 2D games Wink

what if I overclock my cpu to 3Ghz and add some RAM to 3Gb?
is this enough or not?

Adding Ram won't give you additionnal power to use pcsx2 as it's more CPU/GPU dependant.

Anyway, is you don't have at least a dual core, you won't get playable speeds for most games.

So, yes. You may ooverclock your pc to 3GHz, and then do as rama said : try FFX or 2 D games if you have some.
