Missing dll? Im new sorry

Howdy, I'm not sure if I've posted in the right place, I'm new to PCSX2.
So I apologize if I have posted in the wrong place lol. 
I installed PCSX2 and that went fine with no issue, then I went to open it and got this system error?
   
Anybody know how to fix it? Or where to download the missing .dll & where to place it lol?
