Try using the default rounding modes (bold) in EE/IOP and VU's.

Ok it is fixed thank you Donovan24 you have solved my missing menus and texts problem, now I have learned that using the default "bold" settings in EE/IOP and VU's was the solution

Thanks Markhoss

Problem solved

Glad to help.

In the future always use default settings unless a different setting fixes a game.
