Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam VS Zeta Gundam

i am not sure why, but i am having major major lag issues with this game...havent tried any other yet, but ill tell you what ive done;

i have tried every single graphical AND cd/dvd plugin playing with every setting in each, still no resolution from this. my cpu usage spikes to about 80% at times, though averages around 40-50%. i get like 30 fps which dips to 15-25 at times then goes back to 30-35 range. the game is very laggy for me and im not aware of anything i can do to solve this issue. i did do a search for my game on these forums but no one has posted about it as of yet.

pc specs - intel core 2 duo E4500; nvidia geforce 8600gt SC (super clock) 256 gddr3; 3 gigs ddr2; logitech dual action game pad

thanks in advance for your help

This particular game puts a lot of work on the CPU.
If your processor is running at stock speed, then that would explain the low FPS.
It helps if you post your PCSX2 settings (screenshots would do nicely).
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

ok so i tried xenosaga as well...same results, the movie thats there when ya first boot the game up lags really badly, especially the audio. in some parts it jsut sort of runs together, though my cpu is abrely ebing used on xenosaga. is my cpu just not powerful enough to run this thing? or my graphics card maybe?

Its your cpu thats bottlenecking you, at 2,2ghz its only enough to play the less demanding games. Your graphic card isnt great but its enough to run games if you leave them at native.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

so what can i do? i mean i know theres the overclocking option but im on a stock e4500 with stock fan cooler and a 80mm in the front and 80mm in the back providing air flow, and i havent ever overclocked anything. its an acer pc so its a proprietary mobo meaning theres not much i can do in terms of bios tweaking....any ideas or suggestions?

You know...it would've been better if you just upload the shots as attachments.
That way, we can all view them.

Try using 1888 in the stickies.
Make an iso of your disc and use linuz iso.
If you need an iso making software, use imgburn (free).
