Mortal Kombat Armageddon - Configuration Help !!
#1

Hi Guys !

Im new to this forum and so I dont know if I have posted this at the
correct part of the forum.

Well so my question is that I have downloaded the Pcsx2 emulator and
have tried running Mortal kombat armageddon on it and it seems to
work just fine. The only problem is that I've noticed that in MKA there
are several types of games (Motor kombat, konquest). But I have never
been able to run those games and Im assuming that I have'nt
configured controller settings very well.

So what is it that needs to be configured? I really would appreciate
help from you guys.....

(By the way Im running the LilyPad svn (r1853) 0.10.0)

*** I have attached pictures of my settings in the emulator ***

If you guys need more explanation about my other settings , just let
me know !!!!

Once again....thanks everyone for your support, much appreciated !

You need to configure the left analog stick.

Ok..

Since I only have a keyboard as input device I wonder if it is
possible to use same kinds of buttons that I alread have to be used
on the analog stick.?

Further I would be very thankful for a slightly more explanation on how
to set up the analog stick!

Much appreciated !!!

I think Lilypad doesn't support keyboard buttons for the analog controller. I'm sure Twinpad does though so give it a try:

How to set it up? Just like the digital. X axis is left-right, Y axis is up-down

Hi !

Thanks for the link. I've now extracted the files into the pcsx2 emulator
folder and tried to choose the Twinpad on the controller plugin.
When I then pushed the button "Test..." to check if everything is alright
I get the following message:

1) DirectInput succeeded to Initialize
2) Success ! This plugin report that should work correctly

...so my guess is now that I should be able to configure it directly
through the "configure"-button...but what happens is that I get the
following message:

"Run-time error '429':
ActiveX component can't create object

...and so Im not able to go inside to make my own configurations!!

Have I missed doing something else perhaps....??....and if then what?

Thanks once again for the time you put to help me ! Smile

ok...thanks

I dont know how I managed this but just at one moment I was
trying to configure the Lilypad 0.9.9. controller and you were
actually right about that it should be the left analog stick to be
configured and just of some reason I managed to change these
buttons and when I ran the game I was then able to play
the Motor kombat + Konquest....without needing to put
the Twinpad plugin or other plugins.....
