Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks works in 0.9.7 Beta

Works fine here, if you're using save states try from the last memcard save instead, try making/remaking an ISO of the game, try different settings.

Start a new thread with as much info as possible (PC specs, pcsx2 settings, plugin settings) next time.

I'd be lucky to get this running 30 FPS.

Seriously, I would. xD

I can get Metal Gear Solid 3 running above 30 FPS, thankfully (I don't know how the PCSX2 team made it possible though)
CPU: Pentium D 'Presler' 915 2.8 ghz 2x2MB L2 @ 3.5 ghz
GPU: eVGA [Nvidia] 8600GT 256MB SSC DDR3
Tested: FFX, FFX-2, FFXII, MGS3, KH, KH2, The Hobbit NTSC
PCSX2 FTW! Biggrin

If you read the very same thread you're posting in you can see it's a known problem and there's not much you can do about it.
