Move Thread

I'd like to have my thread "PCSX2 Quick Start Guide" ie. http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Tutorial-...tart-Guide
brought back to this section. In this section it received nearly 600k views, and when it was moved to Page 22 of "General Discussion and Support (Windows)." It was clearly very helpful here, and request that it be brought back for future board users to access.

It doesn't get 'moved' by anyone, if it has no reply, threads with new replies will always be shown first. We already have a nice quick start configuration guide these days and I don't think we need anything else.
