uhm, set the frameskip to limit.

Frameskip screws alot of games. Btw. I have better results with SPUX-2 as Sound plugin. Why do you have the INTC sync hack disabled? it works great with me nice speed up.

Frameskip as u configed is stupid. Never ever ur ps2 game will run at 520 fps. NEVER!

Also, why should it skip frames when it's slower than 515 fps? oO

Set it to normal or limit... but not frameskip. especially with that settings

With this:

http://www.pcsx2.net/guide.php

CPU, limit. Speedhack x1.5 INTC HACK; IOP x2 CylceRates, Wait Cycle Synchack.

GDSX as graphic plugin. SPUX-2 soundplugin.

btw. not really sure if this game is complete playable, but when it's is I think this should be okay.

Depending on the game but on most of them I don't use x? Sync hacks because on most of the games I don't have any positive use of them.My other settings are(and I can say that those are the best I've find and trying all kind of settings):

Plugins:
GSdx - Native,DX9 Hardware,PS3 and NLOOP hack(everything else is of but sometimes I turn on the texture filtering depending on the game)
ZeroSPU2 - I use this plugin almost all of the time when I'm playing games because SPU-X decrease my speed by little and I kinda like ZeroSPU2 better.
Linuzappz ISO for ISO's an CDVD for disks
LilyPad for controller
CPU:
Everything on
VU-Skip with 0,0,2,4
SpeedHacks:
x? Sync hacks - I've explained above
INTC Sync Hack - on
Enable IOP x2 Cycle Rate - on
WaitCycle Sync Hack - off(I prefer not using it because of the info about it)
Advanced:
Almost all of the time I use the default settings but sometimes I enable DAZ and FZ on EE and VU and for clamp mode I choose None(those are when I'm testing something,I don't use them while I'm playing).

Since my PC is week those settings really allows me to play PS2 games even on my PC

you have quite of a weak pc to make DBZT3 working near to full speed.

set gsdx res to native, it may help

also, use VU skip, not frameskip. (I run on a E2200 desktop, it runs ok but slow)
