Is my current setup is good or should increase the CPU clock or exchange it?

depends on the game.
but it should be ok.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM : 16 Go

I haven't had a problem with any game yet....and I have a similar processor. BTW, look into the phenom ii unlocking. If you have the right motherboard processor combo you could get a free quad core. if not your not out anything.

afaik.there is no different if unlocking the locked core since emulator can only reach second core.
well im might be wrong but ur can try search in this forums about performance

It only takes advantage of the dual core, I was just suggesting for general performance otherwise. Regardless its something to try. You don't lose anything as a result.
