My problem.
#1
Okay I just recently discovered emulators from a friend at college, who gave me his PS2 Emulator with the Bios and Plugins already set.
I had to upload my DirectX which I did.
Now I'm having an issue with GS Plguin failed to open/initiliaze.
So I YouTube'd it and found a few videos, followed them exactly. Downloaded the 2 files d3dx9_40.dll and d3dx10_40.dll.
And I'm still get the same message.
My OS is Windows Vista. The specs are definitely good enough so no point lising.

Legally you are only allowed to use your own BIOS from your own PS2, you will get no further support.
