NBA Street Main Menu Bug

The main menu seems to have a navigating glitch, as I'm navigating it would only highlight every other option. I cannot select Hold the court, Create a Player, Options. I also see this happening on NBA Street Vol. 2, It don't see any threads talking about this, does anyone have an solution? 


I have the latest PCSX2 Nightly Build (v1.7.5739)
