NCAA Football 2007 Weird graphics
#1
I'm having some weird graphics issues with NCAAF 07.  The field is really grainy and some scenes don't even show up, such as the announcer's booth and the playbooks.  There's also quite a bit of slowdown, which is strange because my computer can run much more intense graphics with no problem.  Any suggestions?  here are my pc stats.  Any advice would be much appreciated.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Thank You.

EDIT : Keep in mind that CPU is quite weak for pcsx2. Those slowdowns are probably to be expected with those specs
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

I'm using pcsx2 1.2.1.  All my settings are default as of now.  Right now I'm just trying to play ncaa football 2007.  Earlier I was using it for dynasty warriors and didn't seem to have any problems.  all are using iso.  Thanks.

I think those might be fixed in GSDX OGL.

no

config>video>plugin settings>renderer>opengl hardware

Maybe messing with the blending unit accuracy will help.

To use opengl advantages you still nees to upgrade to the latest development/git version. In the stable rrleasr ogl wasnt as advaced as it is now.

Ee cycle rate hack increased by one or two could help to avoid the slowdown. Set synchronization mode to async mix in spu2-x instead of timestretch to avoid audio stutter.
