NFS MW PAL full speed but...

The gameplay feels slugish imo, like it's running full speed but theres a little lag even tho the fps shows 60.

EE is on 2 , always was like that But yeah i tried DX 9 and it seems that it's fine now, weird. But hey, it works

Some games become sluggish because of EE too, right? Increasing the EE hack value underclocks the EmotionEngine for easier emulation but it makes it seem "sluggish" in games which are harder to emulate. Also, isn't NFS:MW a pretty demanding game?
