NFS Underground 2 FPS Drops on Nightly

Hi! I recently have been playing NFS Underground 2 on the Nightly build and have been experiencing frame drops, especially in the main menu and certain areas of the map. I played it years back before nightly was released and never had these issues. Does anybody know how to fix this issue? 

PC Specs:
GPU RTX 3080 Suprim X
CPU - Ryzen 7 5800x
Ram - 16gb DDR4  Corsair
Motherboard - ASUS ROG Strix b550 f

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
