NTSC to PAL
#1
Hi guys i need help
I'm playing some Winning Eleven game on real PS2 and want to patch NTSC to PAL for more realistic gameplay(slower). But when i apply patch i found on internet, on PCSX2 it's OK, but on real PS2, half of the screen is black
What program should i use to make NTSC to PAL patch without this problem?

I know they did this for Xenoblade Chronicles, to force the game to run at 60 FPS. (Before an NTSC release was ever made, and only PAL was available), but not sure if this is possible on PS2 games as well.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

I tried on both and the same problem
I definitely like to play on CRT

maybe your crt doesn't support ntsc and that's the reason for the corrupt image on the ps2? I would expect that if pcsx2 can run it perfectly your ps2 should be able as well...

Moe: [to Homer] And I'm pulling your favorite song out of the jukebox.
Homer: "It's Raining Men"?!
Moe: Yeah, not no more, it ain't. [throws the record out the window which lands into Smithers' car]
Smithers: Ow! [looks at the record] Ohhh.
