Namco x Capcom Will it run?

I want to ask you if my Namco x Capcom game will run on these specs:

Pentium D 3.00Ghz
Ati Radeon 5450 HD 512MB
1GB Ram
Sorry if i missed something

(I know i know its really bad computer,
but i tough maybe it can run,because its 2D game)

Maybe, as it is 2D game, it might work, still you may need to use some speedhacks, and frameskip to make it work perfect.

it run 65% speed.

Now i have a BIG problem...
so the folder of the plugins are protected and i cant get it off....
So i cant really configure my PCSX2 because that....solution?

First use the PCSX2 0.9.8 Binary, and try to keep it in a another Hardrive(not in the Operating System's drive).
Then Run the PCSX2 as Administrator.

Also, check that you directX etc. are updated. which might prevent the GSDx to work.

There's no need to keep the PCSX2 program on an entirely seperate drive from the OS, just don't put it in one of the OS's folders (i.e. Program Files, My Documents).

Also, doing this with the binary package should prevent the need to "Run as administrator".

Okay so i reinstalled the PCSX2 to another folder...and its okay now
Thanks for helping...later i comment again how many FPS i got with the game XD

Edit:
The games running around 15 fps and sometimes jumping to 100 and then back to 60 and then lower....
i think i need to learn configurating better x3
