Naruto shippuden narutimate accel 2 low fps
I have low fps im using Gsdx 883(MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1,13

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 DUAL

Core Processer 5000+

2.61GHz , 1.75GB of Ram
ATI Radeon HD 3200
Is it enough?

i have PCSX2 0.9.5

Is not. AMDs overall are very weak for PCSX2. And you didn't mention your GPU.

Although as I don't have (and will never have Tongue) this game, this is the only help I can offer you.

There are ways to make things run faster like frame skipping, but its not as smooth as you might think. The CPU is pretty weak, ram should be fine, you didnt list a graphics card.

sry my GPU is : ATI Radion HD 3200 i think

frame skipping made my 20% fps to 35 - 40% is VU frame skip faster?
