PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K @ 4.0GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 980 4GB

Build Description: PCSX2 1.7.0-dev-207
If other please specify: N/A

BIOS Used: Europe v02.30 (20/02/2008) Console

EE/VU Clamp modes: Normal/Normal
EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Chop

GSdx HW Hacks: None

Speedhacks Used: EE Cycle Skipping 3 (Maximum)

Gamefixes Used: N/A

Amount of testing done: medium

Comments:

* Extreme speed problems. The above settings can compensate them almost completely, but cause unrecoverable sound problems (noise).
** Speed in software mode does not rise above ~25 FPS at any settings.
* Requires a lot of video memory at resolutions 4x native and higher.
* Disabling of frame skipping can causes black screen (can remove by switching render mode).
* Simultaneously active EE Cycle Skipping and Frame Skipping create graphics collapse.

Bugs:

* Lines at top left corner in hardware mode (appearing not every time).

Can you retest this game using skip draw = 1 in gsdx hacks and report what effects are missing and how much does it help the speed?

* Disappears only the color filter (and the stripes in the corner with it).
* Influence on speed is minimal (The difference in the load on GS is 3-5 units) - maximum of EE Cycle Skipping for a 100% FPS still need.
