Need help on my FPS

hello new to this forums and i was wondering if i could speedup the process of this

playing crash bandicot-the wrath of vortex goes about 40-50 FPS

and its really slow, thats the only game i tried so far since i dont wanna waste my time burning the other ISO's if this keeps up or DL some roms

i can only imagine what would happen on Final fantasy XII, Dragonball Z budokai tenkaichi 3

and the fun part (not really because i kept looking for it)

where do i find my Laptop(yeah i know that PC works better in general) specs o.o?

i was wondering if its this?

something tells me it has something to do with my 1700MHZ >.> but i just wanted to be sure
