Sorry for being late to the party

The bug report forum was agreed to be kind of gate keeping: We direct new users/testers to the forum to make their report, bug squad members confirm/replicate the bug, then it gets pushed to Git, as a properly formed bug report.

Problem is most people just go to git directly and make gazillions of crap/duplicate reports

Important note: if you close a bug that is fixed in GSdx-openGL

* please tag it: "fixed openGL"
* and put it on the 1.6 milestone

This way it will be easier for us to see the fixed stuff in the next release.

I propose to fill a nice template and explaining people to NOT report bug

Just did that with mine, forgot about that, didn't realise how useful it would be for release notes

I often forgot it too It can also help to monitor the change for progress report.
