Need help to triage github bug tracker
#11
I think another problem are the quality of the bug reports. You guys (especially flatout lately as already said) do really high quality reports. Most bug reports by other users are not usable due to incompleteness. I think limiting game depependent bug reports on github to the bug squad team would really make sense. I would just close all other compatibility reports on github with the kind request first to visit the forum.

Ok, I bite the bullet and set write permission to the bug squad team on github.

You now have full access to repository (prafull, blyss, ryudo, karasuhebi). I'm couting on you to not screw the git repository Tongue2 With power came greate responsability.

@FlatOut
Do you want to be added to the group?

Maybe protect the master branch and restrict who can push to it?

Oh nice. @blyss could you try to push a dummy change in master and check that operation is failling.

Wait what do I need to do at this point? I seem to have tagging and closing powers now...

Yes you have full power. I blocked the push on the master branch so normally you can't screw up. (However if you could do a test to ensure the blocking is working it will be nice. Actually it isn't easy if you don't know git, so don't bother if you don't know how to push a change in master branch).

I can confirm , the block does work when trying to push any changes to master branch (or) when trying to merge any changes into master branch.

I do know how to push a change(I have my own repos for my own stuff afterall), but I don't have anything set up at the moment which is why I asked. Either way it seems ssakash has done the test now.
