the movie scene will lag anyways.
it's a known gsdx bug.
the game will lag too because you have a weak CPu & a weak GPU.
set gsdx internal res to native, and use some speedhacks.
oh, and Peops sound works better than SPU2-x in that game.
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go
It doesnt lag that bad now, is there anymore left I can fix or could that possibly be it?

update your pcsx2 to latest beta, and use direct x 9 hardware mode instead.

So you were right Jesalvein everything went so smooth even the game, until there was a blue screen =/, couldnt do anything.

Hmm, this is an old bug. Think it was FPU related..
Can you test setting EE and VU clamping to extra or full please?
Alright so I did what u told me to do rama, everything went smooth however, I still got the blue screen but after the battle the blue screen dissapeared.

After I whoop the minons I had to race them to the top and this is what happens: Notice the times and it froze meaning I couldn't move my character but it moved itself.

I fully understand this is still a beta, things do tend to get messed up or so and I want to do my part to help with this new experiment. Thank you.
Well, fiddle around with the round modes and clamps until you get something that's playable.
The issues you get are caused by the game expecting very exact results of the (virtual) PS2 hardware.
X86 and the PS2 differ ever so slightly in some floating point operations though and thus some games
break like this.

Don't worry about the colors you see in the video, based on the characters. The colors aren't the problem but the lag is.
Your CPU and your GPU both are very weak for this game, you will not get better speeds than that.
