Read the VERY first line of the walkthrough:

Quote:just to note: settings work up to current SVN (1.3.0)

and the title

Quote:Low-end PCSX2 v1.0.0 - v1.3.0 settings

As in, they were made for 1.0.0 but work fine all the way to 1.3.0, including 1.2.1

Just make sure to edit the directories appropriately.
