AMD Phenom [email protected] Ghz
Ati hd 4850 512 mb
4 gb ddr2 800mhz ram

My problems:

1.Tekken 5 running slow even after applying all the speed hacks.
2.SVR 2009 running only at 45 fps...
3.I dont have sse4.Is there any graphic plugin that works on sse3?.

PLEASE HELP ME IN IMPROVING MY SYSTEM'S PERFORMANCE...

weak CPu. Not much you can do about it (especially about tekken 5)

About the graphic plugin, just stick to the SSE2 version, as Phenom don't support SSSE3 Instructions set.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

@quadfather : Are you sure about that clock cpu? Or just miss spelling, if that clock at.2.3Ghz for Tekken5 game then doesnt enough, pcsx2 only use dualcore. My suggestion is play this game under directx.10 mode, take vucycle stealing or vuskip (pcsx2 r.1059) or both in option.

AMD Phenom 9650 is a 2.3 Ghz quad core

There is no gs plugin that utilizes sse3, so any AMD user is stuck with SSE2.
Even though you now have 2.3 ghz quad core it's still not enough for the games you mentioned, I think.

45 Fps is not a slow speed for SVR09, Try Frame-LIMITING.

If that result before use vucycle stealing and vuskip in option, then take those option to try. gsdx in directx.10 mode can help you too.
