Your cpu is still a bit on the slow side, but upgrading your gpu will allow you to play some of the less demanding games.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

Its very hard to say. The weakest part of you pc is definitely your gpu. You should get a boost in fps, but it depends on the game. Graphic heavy games would obviously see more of an improvment.

I see, thanks for the info.
Do you think i can get it to run games like Hack GU, Star Ocean, Xenosaga, at 40-50fps?

I dont have Hack GU or Xenosaga so I cant really say, but I do have Star Ocean and I dont think it will run well on your system even with gpu upgrade. My pc runs it at fullspeed but just barely.

HD4670 is a good graphics card for cheap.Smile In games that support the Hardware rendering mode, you will see quite some improvement. On Software mode, everything relies on your processor which is some weak for pcsx2.
C2D E8500 3166mhz => running 3800mhz, 2GB RAM, Asus GT240 512mb GDDR5 overclocked
Currently playing: none on PCSX2

Xenosaga I will need a lot more than HD4670, probably at least a 9800gt (with my 9600gt it can get very slow in most of the scenes and lots of the battles for example).
