the only reason that I can remember about the ZeroGS crashing is that your computer doesn't support the OpenGL fully, try using GSDx

Tried using GSdx? What is your computer specs? What is the rest of your settings? what game is it?

You have a mess of plugins there, I suggest you backup your bios then delete your current PCSX2 folder then get installer and install/configure that one following the configuration guide. If you still have problems feel free to continue this thread.
