what stage?

EDIT:i forgot post also your EE% we need to determine it's peak/current intensity of the CPU usage of pcsx2.

How can I find my EE%?

Well I just started playing god of war, and from the beginning I had sometimes these lags.

Here is the info:

Gsdx 512x512 Auto Interlaced (field) Limiter: Normal fps: 50.08 EE:59% GS: 28% VU: 51% UI: 0% State0

are you sure? EE 59% is your highest EE at 50.08 fps

your CPU is not drawing full-speed
install CoreTemp and run pcsx2 and CoreTemp at the same time for about 10 mins and post your temperatures
and also post your "Task Manager" screenshot to see how many "#" processess you have.
Auto-Scheduled Antivirus software and active bittorrent activites can also knowdown it's cpu performance.

Update:
i re-examine at the beginning of the stage until i open the chute.
nothing problems w/ my speed
my Highest EE 61% FPS 59.80~60.06
temperatures 55C in avg.
No. of processes in my task manager "52" includes firefox,windows media player,AVG

Going on those figures, you're either playing the PAL version, in which case that is full speed, or something else running on your pc is hogging cpu time.

What do you mean my cpu isn't drawing full speed? It's brand new?

These are my temps during gaming:
Core #0 Min 29 Max 47
Core #1 Min 34 Max 54
Core #2 Min 32 Max 53
Core #3 Min 30 Max 49

The only program that was open was core temp.
Allso running in background: xpadder, anti virus, xboxext, nvidia geforce experience, xfastusb, thx trustudio (sound), ISP monitor, intel rapid storage technology. But these programs are allways running in the background, and I don't have problems with this when I'm playing for example: black ops 2.

I'm indeed running the PAL version, is it that a big difference? (is it for every game better to play the NTSC version?)

It's a huge difference, it means you are running at full speed, so you don't have a problem.

PAL = 50fps
NTSC = 60fps

the one cause a brief hang because you have Intel RST every time after the windows boot some programs will brieftly hang due to low power usage involving that driver. but happens once per every windows boot therefore nothing to worry about that.

your PAL is running perfectly at 50fps because you have PAL
PAL only needs 50fps to run full speed meaning less CPU demanding than NTSC
so there no more issues regarding your game. unless your EE is at 100% thats is the tipping point and it will cause slowdowns.

Soooo should I delete Intel RST? And get the NTSC version of god of war (so it runs smoother)?
