it's meant to run at 60fps, just the frames are doubled up. that's why it's only at 30, it runs slower at 30fps
New system but Shadow of Colossus has low fps

lol guys im getting 50 FPS (pal ver) most of time with c2q @3.0
speedhacks used: EE: 2 VU: 1 and all options on the left side (PCSX2 0.9.7 r3878) no sh*t yes it runs fast but not rly smooth... FPS set to no limit

how do you know you effectively get 50 fps if you're using speedhacks ?

using the fps limiter in pcsx2 options, yes.
