What exactly don't you understand? o_O

These links would tell u exactly the same thing as we or I would tell you. Ur PC can handle FFXII with slowdowns sometimes I think but it could handle it.

What's your native language? If it's not english than scrool down to the Guide section in the forum, there are translations of it...

EDIT\

Ah, ur an australian. Well I think then english shouldn't be a problem then...

Please read carefully through both links. They are easy to comprehend and tell you the same thing in the same easy way as I could.

Okay actually got time to sit down and read it. Pretty simple really.
Just Two questions. IN CPU I have selected multithreading and Dual core do i need to do anything else as I have a quad.
Also how do I save my game. Would I do it normally in FFXII or do I have to do anything else outside of the game.

nope there isn't anything else you could do besides from setting speedhacks. (pcsx2 doesn't fully support quad cores)

a speedhack is what it is (a hack for improving speed xD), to be able to use speedhacks you have to use a newer pcsx2 version.
you can get it from here http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html
