New user: having problem with Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder

Hey, haven't got much experience in this area so wondered how I should go about diagnosing the problem, or whether it is simply a case of the game not being supported.

Everything seems to start up fine, but after the initial intro video it just freezes indeterminately on the loading screen. I am using an NTSC bios and the ISO is of the NTSC version of the game. All settings are default, here is an image of what happens and my setup:

Any help would be appreciated.

can you please post the emulog.txt ?
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

Log attached. Interestingly there was no output at the point in which it froze.
