Newbie Help Needed

I am trying to get my system to work with pcsx2 9.7 and I'm having plugin problems with the cd-dvd plugin. I have a list of plugins from a youtube video that worked (kingtodd20's explanation of how to configure 9.7) and I tried the same ones he had that worked. I try to load the game and it gives me an error about the drivers being incompatible and they're up to date.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Here's my system specs:

Phenom x2 @ 3.1 ghz apiece
4 Gb of ddr3 ram
Radeon HD 5850
Windows 7 Home Premium x64

instead of a youtube video, have a look at the stickied config guide in the forum.
Have you got the latest beta and plugins from the site? You could also try updating direct X but what would be best is if you actually list/screenshot the config settings you used.
