make sure your game crc match with the pnach file name, you can see your game crc by booting your game first then look at the program log window title bar...

Yes I have. In the console it says "no cheats found. resuming execution" etc.

Could it be the name that is the problem?
I also have an installed version of the game AND a downloaded, newer svn version. Could that be the problem?

witch region is your game?

That could be it...

I got this:
ELF (cdrom0:\SLUS_217.82;1) Game CRC = 0xDEDC3B71, EntryPoint = 0x00100008
(SYSTEM.CNF) Detected PS2 Disc = cdrom0:\SLUS_217.82;1

So in this case, it would be 0xDEDC3B71?

EDIT: Nevermind, found out you had to remove the 0x.

Thanks for the help!
So far, it looks good.

Bug
without the 0x

think so since it is the CRC. i thought you would have to like name it after the region code of the game witch would be SLUS_21782.
but you have the crc now so try it.

Yup.

Can't figure out for the life of me how this patch works, but it looks pretty good widescreen.

yea i saw some pictures with and without patch and it looked really good so i think i'll give it a try too, but i didn't really notice that the screen got stretched until now so stretched can't look that bad in 1080p.

The 16:9 patches indeed change the FOV. When you set 16:9 in PCSX2 without using a widescreen patch, PCSX2 simply stretches the 4:3 image to 16:9, deforming the output.

I never minded either until I used one of the patches...now I do mind a lot since the stretch is pretty deforming Tongue

Very few PS2 games support 16:9 natively:
