I see it there just fine on the actually PCSX2 site but on the download site http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php it only shows R4968 and I also cleared my cache and still nothing T_T

Oh I see what's up. The last 2 revisions where committed in a branch and not in trunk so they are not compiled. Even if you click download on the pcsx2.net svn page there is no build to get so it's normal.
