No idea what I am doing, help installing please

-i selected the latest nightly version as it was recommended. (first photo)
-tells me to select a way to open it but none of them work (2nd photo)
How do i install the installer?  I know i'm gunna run into so many more questions as i progress also.......

i've found this already and i had already installed the visual c++ distributes but that didn't help.
