have a look at your game's staircase, there should be written PAL or NTSC on its side

Slightly unrelated here, but you can change your gsdx plugin to the sse4 version too with your CPU.

this is what I'm currently using. same GPU, but my CPU is now an i3 @ 3.30

still no texture issues

After reading all of this and having no solution to TCs problem. I was think instead of Saiki playing all the way through where TC was at that TC could just upload his MC with the save on it. This way would save A LOT of time.
