The point about
"And please attach the pnach file you want to load."
was to see if you are using the correct crc and file extension.
Also about that code,I think you are supposed to edit only one address but the word "word" is making pcsx2 to edit 4 addresses which can lead to unwanted results(modifying things you don't want)

Either change the "word" to byte or extended

And did you try my tool?
Also since you are running the installer version of pcsx2,you may have permissions problems(windows don't allow pcsx2 to read the file because of the UAC....did you tried running pcsx2 as administrator)

i have said i have no idea what i am doing and i did try your tool and it wont open. i unzipped it and its on my desk but wont open. i also did administrator and no go yet again. the crc i have for the game is DA0535FD

The tool need pcsx2 to be running before starting it because it need to get certain info from the console window.
Edit:I updated the program...you no longer need to run pcsx2 first
