Looks like your onboard GPU isn't up to the task. Try to find newer drivers.

I think I have somethings similar at the end of the bios but games seem fines. Well I need to check, actually I always bypass the bios. Did you have similar issue in games (just use cdvd boot fast) or 'start' button.

By the way, your 2D gpu is too weak. Actually it is weak on windows, but the open source drivers are slower on linux. Besides, the linux GS plugin is slower that the windows one...

The closest thing I'd usually see to this would be on an Nvidia graphics card, if Anisotropic Filtering was turned on in the Nvidia control panel. Obviously this isn't Nvidia, so that wouldn't apply, but if the drivers come with any sort of configuration control panel, check and make sure that they aren't trying to automatically apply any sort of filtering or anti-aliasing to pcsx2...

Well, without GSlog.txt I could not give appropriate advise. It's either swizzling issue, nor Billinear block's storage issue on not OpenGL 3.0 compatible cards. Well, it also may be videocard AF. Last guess could be checked by using old plugin. You could take old versions from my svn.

I read load and found, you videocard do not support OpenGL 3.0, if could not store 32-bit ALPHA data at any known formats (it even does not support corresponding 2.0 extension). You could try to use older versions of ZZogl, but I guess it should not help.
