didn't even think about it.
tried using dx9 hardware mode ?
or software mode ?

because yes, your GpU is really weak and I can't tell if it supports dx10

Tested NTSC-U, initial save data screen not shown, have to press cross button a few times the first time game is played to get pass the seemingly black screen.

so if u'r game is NTSC-U,u have to press cross for few minutes to pass black screen !

he has the pal version since he's German
but preet's suggestions seems to be a good idea

By getting a proper gpu.
As i said, yours is very weak.
