I recently upgraded to a new computer that came with Windows 8.1 and ever since then I've encountered this error while using savestates

The program runs well for a while but then it gets memory errors until I restart it. I know is not a hardware problem as I have 16gigs of RAM, I thought that it was a Windows 8 problem so I ran it in compatibility mode and as an admin, gave it permissions and even disabled the UAC at the registry. So far nothing has fixed the problem.

Does anyone has an idea, is able to help or know if there has been an instance of a similar problem that was fixed. I would be very grateful for any help.

This shouldn't be an hdd issue AFAIK

I believe there was a patch for windows to let 32 bit apps access more than 2gb memory, try that, a developer might be able to link you I'm on my phone now Smile
