Ok just ripped Jak 2 and its still kinda slow but significantly better now its in the upper 40s low 50s are there any settings youd recommend to get a few more frames? Also i can get a core2quad Q8300 for like 20 bucks which I may do if you guys think it would make a decent impact

its averaging around the high 50% range for both, with jak 2 at least. I have no idea what either of these numbers mean lol but do you think getting the core2quad would help?

One more quick question since the PAL games ran at 50FPS would that mean that PAL games would run better on my pc or does it not work like that
