PCSX2 0.9.6 & MvsC2

Having a bit of trouble getting this thing to run as I don't know how to configure it correctly with the Correct plugin settings.
Sys Specs
AMD Athlon 64 2.5ghz
2 GB DDR2 Ram
Windows 7 RC 32bit
ATI Radeon HD 3650 1024MB DDR2 VRam

Now the window in the background tells me everything is fine but it just won't show up in the window and I don't know how to get it to show up.
So any help would be appreciated, I'll try to answer questions as best I can.
