PCSX2 0.9.7 with Windows 7 64bit??

Okay ive been trying to run pcsx2 0.9.7 for a while now on my Windows 7 64bit laptop. I can run any other system but this. Does my pc just not support the emulator or games?? Here are my specs:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (6.1,Build 7600)
System Model: Inspirion 1525
BIOS: Pheonix ROMS BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A08
Processor: Intel® Core™2Duo CPU T5450 @1.66GHz (2CPUs), ~1.7GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Page File: 1008MB Used, 3067MB Available
and I also have DirectX11.

what makes you think it doesn't work ?
any error message ?
any screenshot ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

maybe our cpu.

His processor will run the emulator just fine, speed will be an issue though. There is no problem running pcsx2 on win7 64bit so there is something else messing with you. But as jesalvein said you need to post more information or there isnt much anyone can help you with.

CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

Actually guys I did get it to work. But yes, speed is an issue. It runs at or around 40 fps. And also the screen shakes for some reason. So im assuming there is nothing I can do to boost the speed up? or get rid of the shaking?

enable bob tff interlacing to get rid of the shaking.
