yeh norton is bringing PCSX2 up as a false positive, try to mark it as "safe" with norton, or uninstall it and get a decent AV ;p

Let's see how things are with my new computer. I was already hitting full speed on most games anyway, had trouble getting Tales of Destiny to work right and Namco X Capcom wouldn't get full Framerate without speed hacks with the beta that was out...
Still the same. guess i'll have to use the speed hacks for NxC and i'll see about ToD.

Weird, Namco x Capcom is fairly low on requirements I could easily get ~200% speed with it...
