RAM: DDR3 A-Data 4GB (2 x 2 GB) PC 1333

what is you CPU clockspeed ?
because the games you're trying are ones of the most demanding under pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Obviously the DirectX 11. Try Overclocking your CPU and frameksip/speedhacks etc. etc.

overclocking the cpu to 3.8ghz will definitely give u boost plus the mtvu hack in the new svns of pcsx2.......try native insted of custom which will also improve fps but reduce quality.....

about two game, Tekken5 dan GT4 get a positive impact for MTVU hack, so try it with latest pcsx2 SVN r.4942 from here http://pcsx2.net/svn.php
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.
>> Emulation speed differs for each game. There will be some you can run fast easily, but others will simply require more powerfull hardware <<.

It is 3.2Ghz.
Looks like a nice mobo, too. So should have no trouble reaching 3.8Ghz, or even 4.0Ghz.

Which will really go a long way with the heavier games, like Tekken 5.
You'll likely still need to use some hacks/settings for full speed.
FYI - You may still have some lag with GT4, though.

My cpu is Phenom II X4 B55 3.2GHz and tekken 5 is always ~60fps. I'm using the latest revision (I tested also 0.98) with gsdx from r4600 (0.98) and r4589. Recommended options and MTVU in speedhacks are enabled. Texture filtering and "allow 8-bit textures" are ticked in gsdx.
Processor: "Phenom II X4 B55 OC 3.5GHz" GPU: "Sapphire HD 6870" SPU: "Realtek ALC889" RAM: "4GB" OS: "Win 7 x64 SP1"
