PCSX2 1.0 + MTVU = crashes on game shutdown

Maybe this should go to the bug report but...

Here is a 100% reprodusable method
First enable MTVU and then
System=>Boot CDVD (Fast)=>Close the game window=>System=>Boot CDVD (Fast)=>Close the game window=>Shutdown

Looks like the second time you try to boot a game without restarting pcsx2,it will crash once you try the Shutdown option.

You can start another game as much as you want times without using the Shutdown menu.
After the second boot,the option makes pcsx2 to crash

Also,when it crash that way,pcsx2 will stay as process in the task manager.

Editidn't look carefully enough but it looks like this problem exist since the MTVU hack was actually added(that rev)
