PCSX2 Bus Error & Won't Appear in Regular Terminal
#1
I've been trying to troubleshoot a bus issue by following the advice in the stickied "How to Run" thread. However, I've run into a bit of an issue. The problem is that PCSX2 is visible in Finder, but not Terminal. I've tried looking for it under /Applications as well as /Users/caisara/Applications, and it just doesn't appear in either location -- even though that's where it is in the Finder.

Is there anyway I can do the chmod 777 and chmod +x via the GUI?

Here's my information:

Thanks!

UPDATE: I was able to chmod because it will appear in the X11 Terminal, but not my regular Terminal. However, I'm still getting the Bus error when I try to run a .iso.

Probably your problem is that the iso is bad or corrupt. Maybe try making the ISO again? A good way to find out is just to run your bios (no disc) from the file menu and see if the ps2 startup screen shows. If so, then it's the ISO.

Also, what exactly are you writing in terminal? When doing commands in terminal, make sure you use "pcsx2.app" not just "pcsx2"
